1. What this is

We let you publish a simple personal page at your own address (for example yourname.freedomain.fyi) for free. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability.

2. Your content

You are responsible for everything you publish. You confirm that you have the right to publish it and that it is accurate. You keep your rights; you give us permission to store and display it so the service works.

3. Not allowed

• Phishing, scams, malware, or impersonating a person, company, bank, telecom operator, or public authority.
• Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or content that exposes other people's private information.
• Spam, or creating pages in bulk or with disposable email addresses.
• Trying to break, overload, or bypass the limits of the service.

4. One page per person

Each email address can have one page. Addresses (web names) are first come, first served; some names are reserved.

5. Removal

We may disable or delete a page, and block an email address, at any time without notice, especially after a report. You can delete your page at any time from "Manage my page". A deleted address is held for 30 days before anyone can claim it.

6. Inactive pages

Pages that receive no visit for 180 days are deleted automatically. We email a warning at about 166 days; visiting or signing in resets the clock. Visits by search engines and bots also count.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by use or unavailability of the service.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. Contact: contactus@freedomain.fyi. These terms are governed by the law that applies where the operator is based, and disputes are handled by the courts there.
