Privacy policy

What we collect

• Page content you enter (name, text, links, optional photo, and contact details you choose to show). This is public once published.
• Email address: stored encrypted so we can send sign-in links, delete confirmations and inactivity warnings, plus a one-way hash used to enforce "one page per email". We never display it.
• IP address: used briefly for spam protection and rate limits; stored only as a one-way hash with the sign-up.
• Last visit date of your page (a date only, no visitor information), used to remove abandoned pages.
• Reports you submit about other pages.

What we do not do

Public pages have no cookies, trackers, analytics, or third-party fonts. We do not sell personal data. The sign-in session uses one essential cookie on the app site only.

Who processes data

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, spam check) and an email delivery provider (Resend) process data for us. These providers may process data in countries other than yours.

Retention

Your data is kept while your page exists. Deleted or expired pages are removed from live storage; encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days. The page address is held for 30 days after deletion.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your page yourself at any time. To exercise other rights (access, correction, objection), contact contactus@freedomain.fyi.
